Terms & Conditions – The Freestyle Footballers


1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, agreements, and performances provided by The Freestyle Footballers (“Performer”), unless otherwise agreed in writing. These Terms & Conditions have only been a formality so far, we have done hundreds of showcases across continents without ever having to fall back on this page. We are happy to clarify the Terms & Conditions below further if you have any questions. Simply let us know, we are very flexible and open-minded. It's our goal to give you the best experience possible.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the Client receives written confirmation by email, text or any other form of communication directly from The Freestyle Footballers. This confirmation will include the agreed performance details, date, time, location, and fee. Confirmation is finalized when the client accepts the general Terms & Conditions.

3. Fee & Payment

The agreed performance fee is what the client pays. No additional costs will be added.

An invoice will be issued after the performance and must be paid within 7 days of the performance date. It's possible to transfer the fee before the day of the showcase. If section 6 applies (Satisfaction Guarantee), a full refund will be transfered back to the client.

If payment is not received within 7 days after the show, the Performer may send reminders and, if necessary, take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding amount. Any recovery costs may be charged to the Client where legally permitted.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

If the Client cancels the performance, the following fees apply:

  • Less than 7 days before the event: 30% of the fee

  • 7–14 days before the event: All the costs we have made for your booking (For example: flights, train-tickets, accomodation, visa etc.). All costs we make will be insured, so in most cases the fee you will have to pay will only be the insurance fee.

  • 14–30 days before the event: Free of charge

  • 30–90 days before the event: Free of charge

Performer Cancellation

If the Performer is unable to attend due to illness, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement or to reschedule. If neither is possible, any prepaid fees will be fully refunded. Depending on the location of your event, we usually have other performers available to stand in. The name of the stand-in will be communicated with the client as soon as possible. If the client doesn't wish to get a stand-in, the show will get cancelled or rescheduled. In that case, the client will not be charged any costs.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather, travel restrictions, or government measures.

If such circumstances affect the performance, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the show will be cancelled.

6. Satisfaction & On-the-Day Guarantee

The Performer guarantees a professionally delivered freestyle football show that meets the agreed performance standards and format confirmed at the time of booking.

If the Client feels that the performance did not meet the agreed standard, the Client must notify the Performer before the Performer leaves the venue. In such a case, the Performer will either attempt to resolve the issue on the spot or provide a 100% refund of the performance fee.

7. Intellectual Property & Media

All creative content, branding, and materials produced by the Performer remain the intellectual property of The Freestyle Footballers and may be used for commercial purposes. This means that all people, venues or outside locations can be included in the visuals (Photo's, video's), and can be shared on online and physical locations (Posters, flyers, social media).

The Client may take photos and videos for personal use only. Any commercial use (advertising, promotion, or broadcast) requires prior written consent. However, content may always be shared on social media by the client, as long as the content won't harm the (social) image of The Freestyle Footballers.

8. Liability & Safety

The Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the performance, including adequate space, flooring, and weather protection where applicable.

The Performer’s liability for any direct damages arising from the performance is limited to 30% of the performance fee.

The Performer is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Any changes to the performance details will be discussed and agreed upon in advance by both parties. Changes that affect the fee or quality of the performance will be confirmed in writing.

Length of the show: The length of the show can always be shortened. Kindly let the performer know well in advance.


10. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used only to manage bookings, deliver services, and communicate with the Client. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfill the performance.

11. Complaints

Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the performance. This does not affect the Client’s right to use the on-the-day satisfaction guarantee described in Section 6.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which The Freestyle Footballers is registered. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
